My main interest in RPGs is the strong emphasis on background story, lore, society or just in general creating a believeable and detailed world. When those elements are combined with free form gameplay you have the formular to my ideal RPG, hence why I'm fond of Vvardenfell.

The tasks I perform at the Watch are currently news posting at MMOWatch (Along with the occasional RPGWatch newsbit) and maintaining/updating the games, publisher and developer databases with information.

I usually just fiddle around with the database entries. I add box art pictures, the overview of a game... That kind of stuff. My real job tends to leave me with little extra time to spend at the Watch but I still try to do my part.

In 2006 when I was still operating at RPGDot I decided to leave and start a new site. In that process various members from RPGDot followed me to our new location RPGWatch.
In a team effort we created a new site from scratch which set out to be better than it was before. Better, stronger, faster......

My main task at RPGWatch is to design the framework of RPGWatch and to keep, together with Garrett, the server operational.
Some things are not in place yet, due to real life constraints but we do manage to supply you with news and information on a daily basis on a site that is fast and still free of any ads.
